The 2024 Intellenet Annual Conference in Dublin, Ireland at the Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane with optional Dublin Bus Tour on April 11th, and a trip to Belfast April 12-14th has concluded. Thank you to all attendees, speakers, board members and local host Deborah Williams who made this event such a tremendous success.

The conference team did an amazing job making this conference one to remember! Thank you to Jeff Stein, Kelly Riddle, Nicole Gray, Eric De Van, and Frank DeAndrea who helped make everything run smoothly.

Plan to arrive Sunday, April 7, as conference check-in will be 0800-0900 Monday, April 8th. The Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane room rate includes buffet breakfast for all registered hotel room guests and lunch will be included on session days for all registered conference attendees, with a Gala Dinner event Wednesday evening. Dinner Monday and Tuesday will be on your own so you can explore this amazing location! As in prior years, attire is business casual.

Conference Registration is closed

The conference registration fee includes three lunches, mid-morning and afternoon snacks, Gala Dinner Wednesday, April 10, nightly hospitality suite with beverages, plus related conference charges on a cost recoverable basis. Note: breakfast is included with all registered hotel room guest overnight reservations and lunch is provided daily for all full conference attendees. Non full conference attendees (guests/spouses) may choose to attend the Gala Dinner only, or one or both of the optional Dublin bus tour or Belfast trip events if desired.

Registration Cancellation: 

A full or partial refund may be issued if registration is canceled on or before March 15, 2024. After March 15, 2024, conference registration fees are nonrefundable.

Please note the hotel has a limited number of post and pre night at the conference rate, as they are subject to availability. A deposit equal to the first night’s accommodation will be taken at the time of booking and is nonrefundable.

– Cancellations made less than 31 days prior to arrival will result in cancellation penalty equal to the value of the full amount of the booking.

Dublin Bus Tour – April 11, 2024 (Optional)

A live Guided Bus Tour of Dublin with fascinating facts and stories to share about Dublin’s history, architecture, famous landmarks, culture and more. The tour will provide the perfect introduction to the city and the best photo opportunities of iconic landmarks with a stop for some shopping and at the world-famous Guinness Storehouse.
• The tour starts at 11:00 AM at the Hotel, goes through Pearse Street and connects with Merrion Square and follows a scheduled route.
• Shopping break around 11:30 AM
• Return to the bus at 12:15 PM
• Guinness Storehouse by 12:45 PM; Guinness tour at 1pm/ 2.3h Guinness Tour and lunch break
• Continuing the tour
• Drop off point at Cardiff Lane Hotel by 5 PM

Belfast Trip Package – April 12-14, 2024 (Optional)

Spend 2 nights to remember in Belfast with other Intellenet family members. The trip package includes train transportation to and from Belfast, 2 nights at the Grand Central Hotel, breakfast and two dinners. Trip cost is $689 for member, and $369 for an additional hotel room guest, totaling $1,067 for you and a guest. Morning breakfast is included at the Grand Central Hotel Saturday and Sunday.

Back by popular demand, we are creating a special Dublin conference program! To help support the cost of production, advertising opportunities are available along with something we are calling “Shout-Outs.” A shout-out is up to 40 words of text you can use to say thank you, offer congratulations, show appreciation or acknowledge good works, etc. A shout-out costs $25 (up to 40 words for $25!) Program ads and shout-outs can be purchased now with your registration before the final submission deadline of March 8th, 2024.
