Founder’s Lifetime Special Recognition AwardIn April 2013, the Intellenet Executive Director established a means of recognizing an Intellenet member who, through personal dedication and devotion, has made enormous contributions in support of Intellenet, to all Intellenet members and to the investigative profession. The Founder’s Lifetime Special Recognition Award recognizes those members who have been the most dedicated, loyal, and supportive contributors to both Intellenet and our profession. This award is bestowed upon an individual to acknowledge the untiring efforts, contributions and personal sacrifices they have made in going well beyond the common call, to support Intellenet, all Intellenet members and our profession. |

Brad Penny Special Recognition AwardIn February 2009, the Intellenet Executive Director and founder established a means of recognizing the professional efforts and dedication of both Intellenet members and other individuals dedicated to the furtherance of the investigative profession. The Brad Penny Special Recognition Award is dedicated to and named for one of Intellenet’s most loyal and dedicated charter members. This award is bestowed upon an individual to honor the truly most dedicated professional who has given personally and/or professionally beyond the common call. Background The genesis for Intellenet was integrity, ethics, dedication and high moral standards. Intellenet was founded in 1983 by James P. Carino, Jr., to provide a means for individual investigators to have a common bond and a means of providing for the exchanging investigative information and intelligence amongst the members and to provide investigative services to the general public. Intellenet is an association of highly trained and dedicated professionals who provide individuals (clients) in need of specific investigative services a means of obtaining those services. The dedication and talents of the membership is representative of the professionalism and dedication of our highly training professionals. The Intellenet Executive Director and founder, in February 2009 established a means of recognizing the professional efforts and dedication of both Intellenet members and other individuals dedicated to the furtherance of the investigative profession. This Special Recognition Award is dedicated to and named for one of Intellenet’s most loyal and dedicated charter members. This Special Achievement Award is bestowed upon individual members of Intellenet and any individual professional who has given above and beyond the normal call of the investigative profession; these achievements may be either for professional dedication or humanitarian accomplishments. The award is named for and shall be henceforth known as, The Brad Penny Special Recognition Award, an award to honor the truly most dedicated professional who has given personally and/or professionally beyond the common call. |

Lifetime Membership AwardsBecause of their unselfish efforts on behalf of the members of INTELLENET or on behalf of the organization itself the following members have been awarded Lifetime Membership and will, accordingly, continue to receive the privileges of membership along with the thanks of this grateful association. (Requirements for appointment to this status are set forth in the Lifetime Membership Award, proclamation). Proclamation The Lifetime Membership Award is an honor bestowed upon an Intellenet member for recognition of outstanding service to the Association. The recipient of the award may be retired from the investigations or security profession or have reached 70 years of age and continuing in the profession. This award is special and unique and is reserved for persons nominated by a member or members of the Association. The nominator will submit a report of the activities being so honored, to the Executive Director who will forward the nomination to the Board of Directors of the Association with any appropriate comments and recommendations. The Board will vote (at the next board meeting or via the internet) upon the nomination. The deliberations and results will be announced to the Association at the annual seminar, posted in the minutes and on the Association website. There are no restrictions as to who, among our members, may be nominated but the significance of the honor is such that the service being recognized must be a substantial contribution to the welfare of the association, a member or members of Intellenet. |
